The Outrider
     The Outrider is a modified YT-2400 converted to smuggling. It is about the same size as a YT-1300 (The Millennium Falcon) and has the same saucer shape. Dash Rendar (owner of the Outrider) has also added and extra gun turret, yet unlike the Falcon, his ship has two duel-laser cannon (as opposed to two quad-laser cannons). Dash has also added an extra escape pod, so it now has two, and updated the engines to a modified SoruSuub Griffyn/Y2TG hyperdrives, which gives the smuggler’s ship a class 0.75 rating (this may not be as fast as the Falcon’s 0.5 engines, but it certainly can out "ride" an Imperial vehicle).
     It’s not strange for a smuggler, like Dash, to get emotionally attached to their vehicle and since Dash said: "I owe the Outrider the best . . . she’s brought me home when any other ship would have scattered me across space." I don’t think Dash is an exception.

YT-2400
     The YT-2400 is a newer model of the YT series (as opposed to the older models such as the YT-1300). Stock YT-2400 usually come with one duel laser cannon and one escape pod. Like other Corellian vehicles the YT-2400's are easily modified, making them one of the perfect smuggler vehicles.
